First newsletter of the new year. Hope you all started the new year well and looking forward to new and good times ahead.

Neil celebrated his 51st birthday this month and he was overwelmed by all the messages he got from all over the world. Its good to see you all remembered it and wished him a happy birthday.

So what are the plans for next month....

German tour.
In less then 2 weeks (febr. 10th) Neil's tour in Germany/Austria starts. Joining him...

What an exciting month it was....

The release of Neil's first solo album through Hypertension music, and the first 4 live shows to promote his album in Germany. Neil was joined on stage by Gary Nuttall (als guitarist for Robbie Williams).
It turned out to be a golden pair....The extra guitar and backing vocals by Gary made it very great and exciting to look at.

Ofcourse a full band would be the best...but the electric guitarparts weren't forgotten in th...

Record deal and release album
The biggest news last month obviously was that Neil has signed a record deal with Hypertension Music for his album, No Self Control for Europe/Scandanavia...

I wasn't planning on writing another blog so soon, but Neil had some great news to share so i desided to do a blog in between the monthly newsletters and took the opportunity to announce the contest i had planned for you a bit earlier. I'm sure you won't mind.

The release of the album and single are getting closer and Neil told me that the single is now being played on about 40 UK station...

Here's another monthly newletter of the Neil Taylor Fanclub. A lot happened since the last month. But first of all i want to welcome all new subscribers of the fansite, and they're a lot. I didn't count exactly but its at least 50 more then last month. I'm sure it all has to do with Neil being on radio shows and people checking out his site and his fansite. So after all these years it finally happened...the day is come that Neil's solo album No Self Control is released TODAY! to celebrate this special event we put up a free download of one of the songs of the album on the fansite (members only) Its only there for a week so grab it now while you can! The song is called: I Never Said.

If you already pre-ordered the album, it will be sent today...so watch your post tomorrow or for the nex...

We thought it was time for a celebration :Dbecause now we have a release date of the album we've all been so patiently waiting for. Neil was kind enough to donate 2 of his earlier songs that where not on the album as free downloads to all his loyal fans. Check the page free music downloads under communitypages at the fansite.

So all people that are a member on his fansite can now download the songs "Silverman" and "Drunken Lullaby" for free. ...

Update about the album.....

It's almost december that means exciting times are comming! And i don't just mean the holidays;). Neil's solo album "No Self Control"  is about to be pressed next week....so it will be available before christmass for sure! Are you all as much excited as i am?? I'm almost losing my self control over it....:P I know it's going to be a great album!! The album will be available in the beginning only thru Neil's own webs...
